These Terms govern your use of the trysavvy.dev website operated by Bohdan Nahornyi. By using the Site you agree to them. The Savvy software itself is licensed separately under the MIT License.

The software

Savvy is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. Your use of the software is governed by that license, not by these Terms. This Site is informational only and does not host your data.

No warranty

The Site and the software are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Not financial advice

Savvy is a tool for tracking your own finances. It is not a bank, payment institution or licensed financial adviser, and nothing on this Site or in the software constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bohdan Nahornyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site or the software.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or scrape it in a way that burdens the service.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, layout, graphics) belongs to Bohdan Nahornyi unless stated otherwise. The source code is available under the MIT License. The Savvy name and logo are covered by our Trademark notice and are not granted by the code license.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites (such as GitHub). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
